Hi @Sisee Adams , I would recommend Olympic Rentals. They cover Thurston and Pierce Counties last I checked. Todd is the owner and appears to run a pretty good operation. Hope that helps!
I would not use Crown Properties or Capital Management Advisors. Crown only shows properties during normal hours and does not handle maintenance. CMA seems responsive, but is unable to take care of basic maintenance when notified or deal with a rental upgrade during a turn.
