Transferring title of property from personal name to business

I would like to transfer the deed of ownership of two of my rental properties into my LLC. Both properties still have a note on them and I understand that this could trigger a due on sale clause, but I keep receiving conflicting word on whether or not I can do it. I have the quit claim deeds typed up and I’m ready to get them notarized. What other ramifications could I see in the near future other then a potential due on sale clause? Thank you for your time.

That is the ramification, you may get the county trying to reassess you but you would just explain the situation and they shouldn't.  If you are worried about the due on sale clause talk to the lender.
