Need a Handyman-Thumbtack/Taskrabbit/Angieslist?

Hello All, 

I have an rental apartment in Yonkers, NY and will soon have another property in lower Westchester County, NY. Any recommendations on local handyman? Has anyone successfully used a site to get one (Thumbtack/ Taskrabbit/ Angieslist)?    Thank you

    I’ve used thumbtack a number of times and have been reasonably happy with the contractors I’ve found there.

    We've used thumbtack successfully and have gotten a few really good subs from there.

    We have only recently discovered thumbtack and have used it a couple of times with pretty good results.

    @Jared W Smith hey just saw this post. I’m from the Westchester area as well with a rental property in rockland. Did you successfully find a handyman with any of these websites? Currently in the same situation.
