PayNearMe alternatives? Tenants only pay cash

Im looking for a way for my tenants to pay with their cash but not directly to me 

For one reason or another, I have 8 tenants who do not have CC, bank accounts, etc, only cash.

PayNearMe seems like a good option but not available in Massachusetts.

Are there any other options?

    Yes. Give them instructions to pay rent directly with your bank. Let them figure out the "how" part.
