Oil Stains in the Driveway - Landlord Inquiry

Member since 2018 · 11 posts · 2 votes

Landlords, I have a tenant moving out that has left behind a good amount of oil stains in the driveway. Has anyone dealt with this before? I'm not sure how to remedy the situation.

Thank you,

Dean,
I always charge the tenant, just make sure you have evidence to back this up, such as pictures or video prior to them moving in

I would pass the charge on to the tenant. They make a chemical that will help remove it not always a complete fix.
