Cody Reeder is the best of the best. He is a powerhouse buy and hold investor and owns one of the largest property management companies in the area. Check out his website and give him a call.

    Sothea,

Take a look at Rachel Vaenuku with V7 Realty Services. She is born & raised in the SLC area. Knows all neighborhoods of the city, true professional with attention to detail.

    Best of luck!

Hi guys, coming late to the party. Wanted to see if anyone had additional recommendations for PMs in the SLC area?

Also, @Sothea K., did you engage any property managers in the area and how was your experience with them?

    Thanks in advance!
