Hi Grace - I have a rental property in Tacoma that I used Spinnaker Property Management to place tenants and after tenant placement I took over landlording duties. So while I can't speak as to how their month to month operation is, I can say I was extremely impressed with how quickly they place a tenant, and they were able to get a lease signed for a couple hundred more per month than I thought! The tenants have been great and have expressed interest in renewing the lease - so again, very impressed! Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi @Grace Wang, make sure to get competing bids and really understand their fee structure. Most are willing to provide it upfront, but some hesitate and they are the ones to avoid.
It is important to understand the property management agreement: how they pay you, WHEN they pay you, when they pay if rent is late, and their inspections policy. There is much more to property management agreements than monthly rates.
Hi there, I am using Shawn at Better Property Solutions and one month in...am loving it. We have 8 units across 3 buildings in Tacoma. On-boarding was smooth, accounting is easy - so far so good.
