Just closed on my first investment property and the process wouldn’t have been nearly as straightforward without my Real Estate agent. Want to get a thank you gift, but have no idea where to start. Thoughts?

Definitely a solid recommendation. A blank card with a small handwritten thank you will most likely mean more than the gift itself. I received a $25 gift card to a local restaurant recently. Didn’t cover half the bill but that didn’t matter. It gave the wife and I a reason to be there and had a great evening.
I sent a glowing email to the agent, their manager and DB/senior broker owner.
You could also leave a positive review for them online. Glad you had a good experience. Share some particular attributes that made this agent outstanding!
Steve nailed it. A positive review online is the best like yelp or something. Whatever is the popular one for your area. Its unexpected and comes from your heart. No gift can replace that thank you and glowing look in your eyes after the close. Congrats on the purchase.
My real estate agent is amazing. I never considered getting her a gift. Honestly, she works hard and makes a nice commission. I've referred her to several other people and she made more commission. And we are about to close on our third property of the year, to which she will make even more commission! And when and if I sell, I'll hire her again.
