Tenant dog chew up half of the fence pose

Please help. I have a tenant and his dog chew on wood a lot. Already eat up half of the fence post. Dog is 8 month old. About 80 pounds. I hear if you spary vinegar it will help. Any advice?

@Jack Ni What will work best is to immediately have the tenant pay for the repairs and they will take care of their dog's appetite for wood.
