Multiple non-related people want to rent...aka Animal house?

I have a 4 bedroom rental that mutiple non-related people want to rent.

My question is: how do I rewrite my current lease aggrement? Do I need to rewrite it?

There are blanks for all non-related people in it already. Every renter would get a credit check, etc.

Is there anything else my PM needs to do?
