    @Jeremy Rachesky ask again in a week. Every CPA probably goes on vacation immediately after the tax filing deadline.

    Are you comfortable working with your accountant remotely?

    If so, you open yourself up to a bigger pool of candidates. 

    There are about 20 real estate accountants on this site.
