Hi Forum am in Chicago and was wondering if any one has heard of a service that will just go and collect the rent. I have older tenants that are not computer savvy and not comfortable using apps to make payment.

@Frank Lodge there are ways to let your tenants deposit directly into your bank account at the bank. Basically you give them deposit slips and have them deposit at the bank.
