What are some of the laughable things you’ve heard?

I am new to the rental property game and have just one house. I am trying to find a tenant and it isn’t stressful it is taking a bit of time.

On the upside I get to head some rather entertaining stories such as;

“How much would the deposit be? I'm trying to move out of the apartment complex I'm at now because they've refused to fix the AC for 6 months. And they just turned out electricity off because we refused to pay rent. I have a daughter and my fiance and I'm trying to find somewhere we can go as soon as possible”

And she was seriously trying to rent my place.

What are are some of funny things that you’ve heard?
