how much extra are tenants willing to pay to have pets?

What are your observations?

if i have a $2500 rental, $250 per month extra rent? 10% ? 

Anyone ever collect more than that?  Are tenants really willing to pay?

We get $450 per dog.  It's a fee not a deposit, deposits must be returned.
