I am currently under contract to purchase a property in Douglasville, GA (suburb of Atlanta) and wondering if anyone has any recommendations concerning property management companies.

Vincent,
Check out National Assocation of Residential Property Managers, you can search by state and area under Find A Property Manager. There are many great seasoned experienced managers in that area. Look for the ones with special designations like MPM, or RMP

@Vincent Miller have you looked at Cozy online or Real Property Management. They have locations in several areas of Atlanta.

Thanks to all that provided recommendations. Unfortunately, I terminated the contract on the grounds of a concerning inspection report and lack of transparency from the HOA. If I do purchase a property in the area, I will look into all the suggested companies provided.
