Check out National Assocation of Residential Property Managers, you can search by state and area under Find A Property Manager. There are many great seasoned experienced managers in that area. Look for the ones with special designations like MPM, or RMP

@Vincent Miller have you looked at Cozy online or Real Property Management. They have locations in several areas of Atlanta.

Thanks to all that provided recommendations. Unfortunately, I terminated the contract on the grounds of a concerning inspection report and lack of transparency from the HOA. If I do purchase a property in the area, I will look into all the suggested companies provided.
