looking for ideas on how to ensure pet waste is cleaned from yard

We have a tenant bringing in a pet and are charging a pet fee.  We would like to include a clause in the addendum saying if the dog poo if not picked up from yard a service will be provided at the renters cost.  How often is reasonable to expect the  yard cleaned from pet waste?

If it works out as you dictate, I'll be surprised.

Don't be surprised  if you get varying amounts of clean-up for varying weeks and months.

They will probably clean it up in the same manner as they have done in the past vs. what you write down and they sign.

Cats bury it themselves even when it's not in the lease.

(just my 2 cents)
