Local CPA referral for lodger-landlord scenario
I have a single family property in which im renting the rooms out individually creating a lodger-landlord scenario. Does anyone know of a good CPA they can refer who has experience with this unique situation? Thanks in advance for your help, time, and assistance regarding this.
