Hello,
Is there a website for criminal/eviction check for the landlord to use? I have some tenants who are age 55+ and are not really computer savvy. Is there a website where I can go and enter all their info and pay ?
Most of the sites like transunion/cozy etc ask me for a verification. They have a bunch of multiple choice questions to prove identity, like which one of the above seems like a correct county you might have resided in etc.
I used screeningworks before but they are shutting down. So looking for something similar.

I don't know where to look for a service you can use from your end.. but really, how hard could it possibly be to go to a website and fill out a form? I'd be kinda surprised to see anyone in 2020 that can't do that.
Other than helping walk them through it, I'm not sure what you can do.
Obviously, you can't let them skip that step - it's not uncommon for people who would fail the screening, to try and avoid it by claiming they couldn't get the website to work or some such.
@Pragya Singh I would recommend checking out the landlord resources tab on BIggerPockets. BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies on there that I would suggest checking out to see what company best fits your screening needs, you might just find exactly what you are looking for there.
