Best Flooring for Rental Property?!

Hi All - I am in contract on a BRRRR and was wondering what flooring has been the most reliable and durable for all. I know for sure I want to do vinyl, but not sure what brand to trust. I am aiming to be under $3.50/ft, but want something durable and well made.
