What's the best online rental application site?
Hey BP,
I am an investor and I self manage one of my properties. I have had a tenant in it for 4 years. It's vacant and so I am presently looking get a good tenant. I actually have alot of inquiries, thanks to FB. I just need to do the history and screenings. Question is what the best site you have used for those that self manage? Much appreciated!

@Katherine T. I use cozy for credit/background check. It’s all online, user friendly, and cost the applicant $39.99.
