Would this be grounds for cancellation of rental contract?

Tenants have been living in my rental property for 3 months now and they keep this mess.

Is this grounds to evict them?

@Avvy Morales If they knew you were coming by and that is the general state of the place, I would remind them that they need to do a better job as they may create other problems-think mice or bugs or mold.
