Contact your state congressman, this will be bad for all parties involved and tenants who do not understand this will inevitably be evicted at the end of this ordeal anyways.

Thanks for posting this @Thomas Hickey. I wrote my state legislators about it late last week but unfortunately mine are co-sponsoring the bill so I don't think they will change their minds. Maybe if enough people in other districts in Massachusetts do we will have an impact.
