How do I show my rental right now amid coronavirus?

How do I show my rental right now amid coronavirus? I have current tenants. In my lease I say two months before the end of a lease I check in to see if they want to renew or not. If they do not, I start advertising/showing the rental. First and foremost, I do not want to do the showing myself at this point so I'd have to hire someone.

    Do not show occupied properties. Wait until the current tenants leave, then you can clean it and show it.

    I normally show occupied rentals but we need to follow the rules and play the game, even if it costs us a little.

    @Zee D.  For the same reason that you do not want to do the showings, do you think someone else or the tenants would want showings?  You could ask the current tenants to do a video tour and record that.  Otherwise, take the hit with the vacancy.  You could also ask your current tenants if they need to prolong their stay for a month under the current circumstances.

    This is an excellent idea. I'll see first if they want to stay/extend. If not, I'll ask them if they can help with video tours. I'm also planning on offering frozen rent though my costs went up and the rental market prices are surging in the area.

    I don't even want to do a walk-through for checkout. I think I'll have to hire someone for this, and to be safe, leave it empty for a few days before seeing if cleaners can go in, if needed. (I say if needed because it isn't needed for the coronavirus specifically, as it only lives for approximately 24 hours on surfaces.)

    I agree, have the tenants take a video tour of the property and send it to prospects upon request.
