Laundry Rooms and out of town owners

My husband and I are in escrow on a 27 unit apartment complex that has a laundry room. What is the best way to operate a laundry room as an out of town owner?

    I hope you're not planning to manage 27 apartments on your own from a distance.

    Whomever is managing the property should handle the laundry. That could be your property manager, a tenant hired to help out, a cleaner, or whatever.

    Thank you Nathan and for sure we do not manage any of our properties personally. Do you happen to own units with laundry facilities ? if so how is you approach working for you ?

    If you are not managing your own units, then can you clarify your question a bit more?  If you have the property manager managing it, then I would imagine they would handle all the  details of maintenance and cleaning, which is what would be required. Are you planning coin operated laundry to help boost income?
