Exactly! Ever since I required my employees to go topless, we've had a lot more traffic in the office!

LOL! Seriously, no uniforms for my employees. It's business casual for us.

@Cameron Riley we don't require our employees to wear uniforms. I love it when our employees are free to be creative and free to express themselves. We have certain dress codes they must follow in order to keep the environment professional. Our maintenance crews are required to wear our polos, we do it for security reasons as they are a lot of people out there claiming to work for the water company etc (Scammners) and we want to ensure our tenants know our techs are coming directly from our company.

2. No, and most landlords/ real estate investors don't have many if any employees, if they do it would only be a property manager, maybe an accountant. Much of the interactions tenants are going to have is going to be with 3rd party vendors.
