Tenant broke the handle of microwave. Security deposit?

Hello,

My tenant had just broken the handle of the above oven microwave that was installed about 1.5 years ago. A new microwave is 190 and additional for labor installing to above the oven.

Is this something I can use the security deposit for?

Thanks!

@John Lee Yes, the damage would be deducted from the security deposit.  For what it is worth, you can purchase replacement handles for most OTR microwaves, and its considerably cheaper and easier to just replace the handle.
