We close on our first house-hack in a couple of weeks and will be renting out the rooms. What app do you recommend to screen for tenants and collect rent?
@Krystle Khoo BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies right on their website. I would recommend checking out the landlord resources tab. You can also find the link I provided by hovering over the "Tools" tab and clicking "landlord resources" under services.
I would recommend doing some research on what company best fits your screening needs. Congratulations on your investment!

I use Cozy for my rentals and it's very easy to use for renters and landlords.
For house hacking I am probably less of an "official landlord" to my roommate. He's my friend too so he Venmo's me money. On a lease but I don't try to treat our relationship as pure business. He was my roommate before I purchased additional rental units. Could set him up with Cozy too but Venmo is easy and works well.

Currently using COZY and have been for 5+ years - very user friendly for rent collection. The screening they offer works well. There's even a portal for tenants to initiate a maintenance request. Overall highly recommended.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. So the majority here use Cozy, which have now been bought by Apartments.com. I deleted my account with Cozy a while back, and the only way I can set up a new account now is with Apartments.com - is it pretty much the same?
Seems a bit more difficult to list rooms as opposed to a whole house, but I guess I could advertise elsewhere and invite the applicants to Apartments.com to apply.
