ISO Rent house in Keller/Watauga/NFW, TX area
This might be an unusual request, but I don't know of a better place to post it:
I am looking for someone with an available rent house in the Keller/Watauga/North Fort Worth, Texas area that might be interested in working a deal for remodeling and/or legal services in trade for partial or full rent payment. A dear friend of mine is in need of a rent house for the next 6-12 months (which could possibly turn into a longer-term rental), and we are looking for a creative solution to handle the rent payments, at least for the short-term. She is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in various areas of law (real estate being one of them, and I have been a remodeling contractor for the past 14 years with over 25 years in the industry. We are willing to trade one or both of our services to an investor or property holder in need of those services in exchange for either partial or full rent payment for the next two or three months, after which time the rent payments will be made in full (as per a typical lease). We are just needing a little help in the short-term, and are looking for a deal that will be beneficial to all parties involved.
