Hello all!
Wondering if folks have experience leasing directly to hospitals and/or medical schools. I know hospitals often have traveling staff, and that medical schools often provide housing for students placed in teaching hospitals.
Any insight is greatly appreciated! I guess one of the big pieces I’m trying to figure out is which person (job title) I should be reaching out to in order to gauge interest.
HR departments would know, but usually would not have a budget so you would need a Director, or higher to get approval. Also some hospitals are in terrible financial shape so look into that too. I was approached not too long ago about traveling nurses but I don't have any furnished units, and did not have vacancy at the time anyway.
Thanks, Bjorn, appreciate the insight! Basically working through it in a market where renting to the hospital/corporate housing is the best viable option. Maybe section 8 as well. Thanks again!
