So I bought a duplex a couple months ago and I’m looking at a 15 unit apartment now. I’m planning on using equity from a rental home that I have paid off. Do you think now is the right time to dive in???
@Joshua D baker I would do it if the numbers work and you feel confident finically in the event that things go south. In terms of Covid effecting the market, that depends on the location of the property. I wouldn't buy in the heart of a city that is seeing significant vacancies.
