Hello fellow BP investors, We live in Bay Area and have out of State investment properties. We are not happy with our current management company for 3 rentals in Indiana. We are looking to switch to a more efficient and responsive company. Any referral and recommendations for Property management for Indianapolis is greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

@Rabeeya Khan what sort of properties do you have? Some PMs are more appropriate for one type of property that another. You don't want a section 8 specialist managing your A class property and and A class PM might not be a good fit if your properties are C class.

Thanks everyone for your valuable input. All three properties are SFH in Indianapolis. I don't know the areas but zip codes are 46217,46229,46236. Each one getting 1000+ rent. Class B I think, not sure of the categories. OOS investment is all exciting and great until it isn't...Aaargh. A good PM company makes all the difference.
