We are using Innago for our tenant applications and screening. Does anyone know about how long it takes to get a completed background, credit, and eviction check back?
@Michael Kujawa We work with TransUnion on our screening services and this process is typically instant. That means that as soon as the applicant submits their payment, the reports are immediately available to you for review (you should also receive an email alerting you to this).
There are some circumstances in which it can take longer (if TU sees something strange or inconsistent in the data returned, they may choose to investigate further), but it's quite rare.

Hey @Michael Kujawa, I'm just getting started and looking into Innago. How has your experience with Innago been so far? Do you like it? What do you like and what do you dislike about it?
@Gabe Christiansen Would suggest Innago for leases and payments as well. Great price for small landlords. It's not quite as extensive as appfolio or buildium, but it's really easy to use, has a surprising amount of flexibility, and their customer service is great.
So far we are liking it. Our tenant just moved in yesterday and the application/screening process was easy enough. I like that I can add questions to the application. I also like that I can easily track expenses per property. I used a bigger pockets lease specific to my state that I tweaked a little and uploaded it instead of using their agreement. Our tenant make first month and pet fee payment on the platform and didn't report any issues or bulk at the $2 fee. If someone does, I will simply reduce their rent payment by $2 and eat the cost for the convenience.
