I've been looking in Louisville in the Pleasure Ridge Park area near Lower Hunters Trace. Does anyone know the area or neighborhoods? Good place to rent a 3/2?

    everywhere in Louisville is good. Some people are scared of the West End due to higher crime rate, but if you screen your tenants rights, that area can be a cash flow machine.
