Cozy out of business

I have used cozy for all my rent collections.  They have joined with apartments.com and everything is supposed to be transferred over to them.  Has anybody used apartments.com for their collection of rent?  Are there any others anybody recommends.  I really liked Cozy, but am wondering if there are other options and what your opinion is.  Cozy was easy to set up and easy to keep track.   Wanting the same type of service.

Also we have one commercial so it wont transfer over, but I could just recategorize the type of property or find a service that does both.

I too used cozy and all of my properties/rent collection was automatically transferred over to apartments.com. Since then I've also added a new property and tenant. As far as I can tell everything is working just as easily as before. This is only the second month of rent collection in the new system but no issues thus far.

An alternative is avail.co but I've never personally used them so can't vouch for them.
