Removing renter with no lease.
I currently have a tenant and notified her on June 22nd, via phone call and text message, that I will be selling the house. I put a stipulation that the house will close on August 31st, which gives her 70 days. What legal documents do I need to create to make sure I am following the correct guidelines/law? Do I need to send her a notice to quit and have her sign it? Not selling due to any issues between tenant and I or issues with the property, just time to move on. Thank you
