Recommendations for Rental Property Attorney in WA

Hello there,

I'm trying to do my first eviction on one of my unit and i'm looking for some recommended lawyers. My property is in the north Everett / Marysville area so any referral will be really appreciated.

@Eric Cheng this is the guy you want: Chester Baldwin He is an attorney and lobbyist. Very active with Washington LL's Association.

    It's fine to pay for the first one. But I recommend you watch what your attorney does and then if/when you need to do another eviction you can handle it yourself. I haven't had to do one yet but my Dad has been doing them for years in Snohomish County.
