Insurance companies for college student rentals

Hello. I am trying to solidify home insurance for two SFH renting to college students. Most companies will not write the policy. Which companies are you all using for your rentals to college students?

    @Shanequa Sellers I believe my agent can do this in North Carolina. He does all of my student rentals in South Carolina. Just sent you a PM.

    @Shanequa Sellers NREIG will do it. It's not the best coverage, but they only insure investment properties. They're extremely easy to work with.
