Member since 2020 · 1 post · 0 votes

I'm new to the area north of Detroit (Lake Orion), and I'm looking for recommendations for the following contractors. I would appreciate any suggestions.

1. Gutter installation

2. Deck repairs/replacement

3. Electrician

@Tim Clayton I'm also in Lake Orion. No references for you - sorry. Wasn't sure if you want to connect? I have five long-term rentals in Pontiac currently (actively looking for our sixth). I'm also looking for contractors with specific skill sets as follows in you or anyone else has some:
Plumber
Drywall
Landscaping
Thanks!
