Sf or 2-4 door multi family Turnkey companies recommendations
Looking for recommendations for single-family or small 2-4 door multi family Turkey providers in landlord friendly states. By turnkey, my interest is in them finding property, rehabbing as well as either managing it or a management company under their umbrella so I’m only dealing with the turnkey company. Also what is a good monthly CAC return and appreciation anticipated?
Anyone have experience using Spartan invest in Birmingham Alabama? They only do single-family. Any feedback on their returns and once you sold were you happy with the overall management & profitability?
