Hello all!  First time poster here!  My husband and I bought our first investment property and are quickly moving towards our second.  Wondering if anyone has any (free preferably :) excel/google doc spreadsheet templates to help keep better track of our property finances?  Thank you so much!

I did a Google search and came across this one. Looks pretty good, completely free, and can track multiple properties.

BiggerPockets has a File Place where users can share files, but I don't know that it's still active or available through a menu search. Go to https://www.biggerpockets.com/... and use the search tool to see if you can find anything there.
