How to find Off-market Property Management Companies?

There are plenty of ways to find off-market properties but can anybody share some ways on how to find off-market property management companies that may be for sale?

    Any particular markets you are interested in? Wholesalers and Realtors might be your best option.

    Just like there at real estate brokers one can contact to find them real estate for sale, there are business brokers that can find you businesses for sale.

    If you hire one, they may charge an upfront fee, but then they should start cold calling PMC's if necessary.
