Hello everyone!
We had such a good turn out for our first meeting last month and are hosting another!
Our goal with this event is to have anyone currently in Real estate, in any shape or manner, or interested in getting into real estate, to come hang out, network, and meet people who can help accelerate your journey! Please try to arrive prior to 7:15 PM please!
If we have not yet met, allow us to introduce ourselves. Alex Mora is a Multifamily investor in the 2-4 unit range and a Junior LO for Merchants Mortgage (HML) based out of Portland, OR. He specializes in house hacking, and currently looking for investments in the Portland and Arizona markets!
Doonie Johnson is a Multifamily Syndicator/Private equity fund manager. He currently has 134 units and 12.2m AUM. Based out of Happy Valley, OR, his focus is lowering the barrier of entry and helping people invest passively in 75+ unit apartment complexes in the smile states. We wanted to create an event on the East Side of the Willamette River so we could all connect and help out one another in our REI journey's.
This is a free event meetup, no charge to attend !If you are an investor, real estate agent, lender, wholesaler, general contractor, syndicator, property manager, business owner that owns the real estate, looking to buy your first investment property, or just completely new to real estate, this gathering is for you!

I am new to BP and the Portland area. Looking forward to getting involved with the community here. I am most likely looking for a house hack first but am keeping my options open. Hoping this group has another meet up soon.

Hey @Micah Shelton, we are having out next meet up on Wednesday (06/29) Same place, same time. We are having one every two weeks. The best way to stay up to date on our event is to join our FB group that tells you future events.

Our next meet up is on Wednesday (06/29) same time same place. Feel free to join out FB group to stay up to date on all events.
On Facebook it says July 6th not June 29th. Am I missing something?

@Greg Willson There was a last min change on the date. We were having it this Wednesday (06/29) but we had it changed to the following Wednesday (07/06). Our Facebook group is a good way keeping up with the dates & event details. Hope you can make it!
