Come join us at Bakfish Brewing to enjoy some tasty beverages and get your real estate groove on! Join like minded individuals to discuss everything real estate. We welcome everyone from the new to the experienced, builders, contractors, realtors, and the generally inquisitive. At this meet up, we will be joined by Marty Sterns who has been flipping houses for a very long time. He will give some information about how he finds deals, sources financing, and determines after repaired value (ARV). This should open up to many more great questions that we can all discuss together and hopefully help spur the drive in us all. We hope to see you there. We will be set up on the outside patio.
