The Moorhead Team is hosting a HAPPY HOUR meetup TONIGHT (6/16 - ignore the 6/17 on the event) on rent-by-the-room/co-living strategy + some house-hacking. We'll be talk through how to increase ways you can increase your cashflow as high as 2x and a real life example of how I'm able to live for free/plans to scale up over some beer (or your drink of choice)
