Meet local investor Heather Appell. Heather works full time as a Director of Training at a technology company, while also pursuing her passion for real estate investing on a part-time basis. She got serious about investing in real estate at the end of 2019. She and her partner, Chris, now own 13 properties in five states, all purchased without seeing them in person.
Heather will be sharing how one 1031 exchange kickstarted their real estate portfolio, as well as how she's been able to move forward by shifting strategies and tackling challenges head-on.
