Nancy Liz Gentile is a real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the US. She started by buying and renovating homes with financing, then reinvested profits into other properties for rental income. She also managed other businesses while building her real estate portfolio. In the 2010s, she partnered with investors to acquire and manage more properties, and invested in a property inspection company to better anticipate costs. Nancy now helps foreign investors build their own real estate portfolio in the US by providing trusted partners, immigration attorneys, and a network of contractors to find profitable homes.

JULIAN SANCHEZ

Julian is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Central Florida.

He began acquiring real estate in September 2018 while working on his professional career as a project manager, where he managed infrastructure upgrades of Department of Defense facilities around the world.

In December 2020 Julian decides to leave his career and focus on growing his real estate portfolio as a partner at Elan Capital.

Besides buying income producing properties, Julian enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, boxing and traveling the world with his wife Alejandra and his daughter Sophia.
