Banks still foreclose when people don't pay their mortgage and there is an opportunity to buy that property - pre-foreclosure - at the foreclosure - or post-foreclosure.     We just wanted to send you a quick reminder that the MAREI Meeting is tomorrow and it is at our NEW LOCATION at the DoubleTree . . . and if all goes well, we can sit down for a drink at 9:15 at the Hotel Bar at the Meeting after the Meeting . . .
