This month's Lake Norman Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, November 15th at 6:30 pm and we will be meeting in person at Sabi Asian Bistro in Davidson (Exit 30) at 130 Harbour Place Drive, Davidson, NC 28036!

As we are nearing the closeout of the year, we are excited to bring back one of our most-asked about topics: all things private lending!

Our very own, Tom Murphy, will be discussing how to raise private money, how to present to investors, and how to keep them coming back! Additionally, he will share his experience lending to other investors, what he expects, what he does to protect himself, and how to make more $$$!

Tom has over 18 years of experience in high tech sales to companies like Apple and Microsoft and began investing in real estate in 2017. He began lending to other investors via his Self-Directed IRA and has been teaching others how to do the same. Tom, his wife, and his daughter have flipped 15+ properties and are now focused on building a passive rental portfolio. He is very experienced on both sides of the equation when it comes to private lending and has many lessons learned to share with the group. Also please feel free to come prepared with any questions you have about private lending!
