If you're either new to land flipping, or have been locking up land parcels but struggling to sell them, or have buyers but not enough land deals, you need to be at the TEXAS LAND EXCHANGE's Wholesaler Meetup this Thursday (May 23rd, 2024) from 5-8 PM. A lot of wholesalers end up locking land DEALS THAT DON'T SELL because either the area is not desirable, or the numbers don't make sense, or the contract terms aren't feasible for anyone to locate the right buyer in the right time frame or at the right price. Here's How To Avoid Those Mistakes. Builders Land Source is setting out to create a Land Exchange Network where wholesalers can structure deals from the start so that they sell super fast. We'll discuss the most efficient, standardized way to calculate land values, arrive at offer numbers that don't get you yelled at by the seller, and putting together contracts with terms that help you move the deal comfortably, quickly for maximum profits. Let's Flip Some Land!
